Getting unused credit back
When unused campaign budget returns to your credit, when the fee is refunded and how to ask for credit back to your bank account.

Campaign budget
Unused budget returns to your credit automatically when the campaign ends on its end date, or when the Tiklify team cancels it. It returns once no platform of the campaign is live, scheduled or paused. Pausing alone returns nothing.
Amounts for videos that are still being decided (review or dispute) stay reserved. On approval they go to the creator. They come back only after a rejection that is not appealed within 7 days: to the campaign budget while the campaign runs, to your credit after it ends. Returned amounts appear in "Credit" → "Transaction history" as "Release".
Fee
We refund the publication fee only when the whole campaign is cancelled because of an error on Tiklify's side. The history shows it as "Refund".
Credit back to your bank account
The Tiklify team handles returning credit to your bank account:
- Write to us how much credit you want back.
- We issue a credit note against your original top-ups. You will find it in "Invoices" as "Credit note".
- We send the amount by bank transfer. It appears in your credit history as "Withdrawal".
If a top-up payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, your credit is reduced in proportion to the refunded amount.
