Common pricing questions.
You top up your wallet 1:1 — €1 credit = €1 of payout. When a creator hits the goal and you approve the video, the reward is automatically transferred from your wallet via Stripe to the creator. Tiklify only takes the agreed commission (4–8% depending on plan).
Exclusive campaigns don't appear in the public feed — they live in a separate exclusive feed that only Pro creators can access. Useful when you want to reach a more motivated slice of the community or test a smaller batch before opening a campaign to everyone. On the brand side: Free doesn't allow exclusive campaigns, Pro allows up to 2 at a time, Enterprise up to 10.
Once you hit the limit (3 on Free, 10 on Pro), you can't launch another campaign until one ends or you upgrade. Upgrade is instant, downgrade takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. After the period ends your account reverts to Free, and any running campaigns finish without interruption. Unused credits stay in your wallet.
Yes. Unused wallet credits can be refunded back to the bank account they came from at any time.
No, listed prices exclude VAT. We are VAT payers and invoices add 21% VAT.
