01 · Campaigns & onboarding

Launching, brief and video moderation.

How fast you can launch and what you stay in control of.

Typically 5–10 minutes. After signup you set the hashtag, mention, target views, slot count and reward, top up credits into your wallet, and the campaign goes live in the creator feed instantly. There's no manual approval on our side.

Yes, with limits. Brief, hashtag and mention can be edited any time. Target views, slot count and reward-per-video can be lowered only if no creator has claimed a slot yet — otherwise they're locked so creators can plan shoots fairly.

Every submitted video goes through your approval flow before payout. You can reject it with a comment back to the creator, and no credits are debited from your wallet. The creator can then revise the video or release the slot for someone else.

Yes. You target by category (beauty, tech, food, fashion, fitness, travel) and language. On the Pro plan you also unlock the exclusive feed — campaigns only visible to Pro creators, which is useful for smaller batches or more sensitive briefs.

02 · Pricing, credits & invoicing

What it costs and how credits work.

Transparent fees, 1:1 credits, no hidden setup fee, no retainer.

You top up credits 1:1 into your wallet — €1 of credit = €1 paid to a creator. When a creator hits target views and you approve the video, the amount is automatically transferred from your wallet via Stripe Connect to their account. Tiklify takes its commission (4–8% depending on plan) separately on top — it's never deducted from creator credits.

Free: 3 parallel campaigns, 8% commission, no exclusive feed. Pro (€49/mo): 10 campaigns, 6% commission, up to 2 exclusive campaigns at once, priority support. Enterprise (custom): unlimited campaigns, custom commission and limits, optional SSO and a dedicated CSM — negotiated individually with our sales team.

Yes, any time. Unspent wallet credits can be refunded back to the bank account you topped up from. The refund runs through Stripe and arrives within 5–10 business days.

No, listed prices are VAT-exclusive. Tax and invoicing mode are calculated at checkout based on country, billing details and the operator's current VAT registration; eligible EU B2B customers may be invoiced under reverse charge.

03 · Safety, fraud & approvals

How we protect your budget.

Real views, fraud detection and an audit trail you can hand to finance.

Every submitted video is auto-validated: hashtag and mention authenticity check, view growth curve analysis (bot-traffic detection), creator profile cross-check and submission history review. Suspicious patterns go to manual review before any payout unlocks.

Yes — by design. You have 72 hours to approve or reject each video before payout. After that it auto-approves only if you explicitly enable that in the campaign settings (off by default). Both approvals and rejections are recorded in the audit trail.

We measure views directly from TikTok in 15-minute cycles. We don't rely on screenshots or creator-reported numbers — we measure them ourselves. If a video doesn't legitimately hit the target, the payout never unlocks.

You can report any video directly from the campaign. Our team reviews the report within 24 hours, temporarily pauses payouts on the affected videos and — if fraud is confirmed — refunds the credits to your wallet and suspends the creator's account.

04 · Payouts & legal

Stripe Connect, GDPR and legal paperwork.

Regulated payouts, EU hosting and contract documents based on the engagement type.

Payouts run through Stripe Connect — a regulated EU payment processor (same as Uber, Lyft, Substack). Money leaves your credit wallet, flows through Tiklify as an intermediary and arrives in the creator's Stripe account within 48 hours of your approval.

For Enterprise engagements, contractual and GDPR addenda are handled individually based on the brand's role, campaign scope and data involved. For self-serve plans, current processing is governed by the published terms and privacy policy; we do not promise a standalone DPA until the final template is ready.

All production data is hosted in the EU, in data centers in Germany. No personal data ever leaves the EU.

Yes. Every wallet top-up, creator payout and monthly Pro/Enterprise subscription generates a tax document in your dashboard (EU standards). Every campaign's audit trail — submission, approval, rejection, payout ID — can be exported as CSV any time.
