Pausing, ending and cancelling a campaign

Pausing only hides a campaign and keeps the money reserved. Unused budget comes back only after the campaign ends or is cancelled.

Updated Oct 16, 2026

Pausing

  1. In the campaign detail, click "Pause". You can pause the whole campaign or a single platform.
  2. The campaign disappears from the creator feed and no new videos can be submitted.
  3. No money moves: the budget stays reserved and nothing is returned or charged. Videos already in the campaign stay as they are, and you can keep deciding on them.
  4. "Resume" makes the campaign available to creators again, but only until its end date. Pausing does not move the end date.

A paused campaign still counts towards your plan's limit of active campaigns. An owner or admin can pause and resume.

Ending

A campaign ends on its own on the "Campaign ends" date and gets the status "Ended". A campaign with a reward per views stops (status "Stopped") when its budget runs out. After the end we pay the rewards creators have earned and return unused budget to your credit as "Release". Amounts for videos in review or dispute stay reserved until they are decided. You can "Archive" an ended campaign.

Cancelling

You cannot cancel a campaign before its end yourself. Write to us; the Tiklify team cancels it and the unused budget then returns to your credit. We refund the fee only when the whole campaign is cancelled because of an error on Tiklify's side.
