How credit works
Top-ups, the budget reserved at publication, the fee, unused budget coming back and invoices.

Credit is the balance you fund campaigns from. It is kept in your brand's currency (EUR, CZK or PLN).
- Top-up. In "Credit" → "Top up credit", choose an amount and click "Pay by card". The amount is excl. VAT; VAT is added at checkout. Credit is added as soon as the payment succeeds. A single top-up is at most 50,000 in your brand's currency. An owner or admin can top up.
- Publishing a campaign. The "Shared budget" (shown as "Reservation" in the history) and one "Fee" are deducted from your credit. The fee depends on your plan: Free 8%, Pro 6%, Enterprise per your contract. Saving a draft deducts nothing.
- Creator rewards are paid from the reserved budget. The history shows them as "Spend" with the note "From previously reserved credit"; your balance does not drop again.
- Campaign end. Unused budget returns to your credit as "Release". Pausing a campaign returns nothing.
- Invoices are in "Invoices". They appear after your first top-up or plan upgrade.
We refund the fee only when the whole campaign is cancelled because of an error on Tiklify's side. Filter credit movements by type in "Transaction history".
