Editing a campaign after publication
What you can change on a published campaign and what stays fixed.
Updated Oct 16, 2026
Once a campaign is published, the terms creators joined under apply. You can therefore change only what affects neither money nor rules.
What you can change
- "Campaign title", "Description and brief" and "Hide the brand name from creators",
- "Campaign image" and "Darken the image behind text",
- for Klip campaigns, the materials and clipping guidelines while the campaign is live or paused,
- click tracking, including the "Destination page"; creator links stay the same.
What you cannot change
Campaign type, category and filming location, "Shared budget" (including increasing it), platforms, rewards and limits, start and end, "How long a video earns", the submission time limit, "Access", the required hashtag and mentions. If you need different terms, create a new campaign.
After a campaign has ended or been cancelled, it cannot be edited at all.
Steps
- Open the campaign in "Campaigns".
- Click "Edit campaign".
- Change the brief or appearance and click "Save".
Owners, admins and editors can edit campaigns.
