What video states mean

What happens to your video from acceptance into a campaign to the reward, and what each state means.

Updated Oct 16, 2026

Each video's state is under "My videos". The mobile app names some states differently (in brackets).

  • Monitoring (Tracking) — the video is accepted and we collect its views until it reaches the campaign goal. In per-views campaigns, until the first paid batch of views.
  • Waiting for slot (Queued) — the video reached the goal, but the campaign's paid slots are taken. It waits in line and moves up when a slot frees.
  • Fraud review (Under review) — we are still checking the views. It is not an accusation; see Video in review.
  • Awaiting approval (Pending approval) — the brand decides. If it doesn't decide within 3 days, the video is approved automatically.
  • Approved — the reward goes to your wallet. When exactly is in When do I get paid.
  • Rejected — the brand rejected the video. You can appeal within 7 days; see Brand rejected my video.
  • Dispute (Disputed) — your appeal or a brand's objection is open. The Tiklify team decides, and every dispute has a 7-day deadline.
  • Expired — the campaign ended before the video earned a reward, for example it missed the goal or no slot was left.
