Account pending review or rejected
What "Pending review", "Eligible" and "Rejected" mean and what to do when an account isn't approved.
Updated Oct 16, 2026
Review applies to YouTube and Instagram accounts. A TikTok profile verified with a bio code is ready for campaigns straight away.
After every connection, including a reconnect, the account shows Pending review. The Tiklify team checks it, and until it's approved you can't submit campaign videos with it. You don't need to do anything else.
- Pending review: the check is still in progress.
- Eligible (in the mobile app Approved): you can submit campaign videos with this account.
- Rejected: the account wasn't approved for campaigns.
What to do after a rejection
- Open Linked accounts.
- Click Reconnect on the rejected account and go through the connection again.
- The account goes back to Pending review and we review it again.
In the mobile app, you reconnect on the web through Manage accounts on the web.
The app doesn't show the reason for a rejection. If you want to know it, write to us.
Note: reconnecting sends even an approved account back to review. Only reconnect when the app asks you to.
