Connecting Instagram
What your Instagram account needs, which permissions we ask for and what "Pending review" means.

We are opening Instagram connections gradually; if it fails, try again later or write to us.
Only a professional Instagram account, Business or Creator, can be connected. If yours is a personal account, switch it to professional in your Instagram settings first.
- Open Linked accounts and click Connect Instagram next to Instagram.
- Confirm your identity: under Verify your identity, choose recent sign-in, password or verified email, then click Verify.
- Click Continue to Instagram, sign in and allow access.
- When you return to Tiklify, the connection completes on its own and the account shows Pending review.
Which permissions we ask for
- Profile access. It tells us which account is yours. You can't connect without it.
- Insights access. We use it to measure your Reels in campaigns. You don't need it to connect, but you do need it before you submit a Reel.
The Tiklify team reviews each new account. Until it's approved, you can't submit campaign videos with it. More in Account pending review or rejected.
