Withdrawing money
How to withdraw money from your wallet through Stripe, what the minimum is and what blocks a withdrawal.

You withdraw money from your wallet to your bank account through Stripe.
- Open Earnings. The button shows what you can do: Withdraw with the available amount, or Set up payouts via Stripe if payouts aren't set up yet.
- In the Withdraw from wallet window, enter the amount and click Continue.
- Confirm it. If payouts aren't set up yet, we take you to Stripe; finish the verification there, then request the withdrawal again.
- You'll find the status under Withdrawals: Pending, Processing, Paid or Failed.
Rules
- The minimum is EUR 20, CZK 500 or PLN 120, depending on your wallet currency.
- You withdraw in your wallet currency, which is set at signup.
- Only one withdrawal can be in progress at a time.
- The next withdrawal is possible 7 days after the previous one at the earliest.
- If a withdrawal fails, the money goes back to your wallet.
