Video in review
Why we check views, why it isn't an accusation and what happens to the video next.
Updated Oct 16, 2026
Before we credit your reward, we check whether the video's views look natural. When the automatic check comes out clean, the video goes straight to the brand for approval. Otherwise a person has to check it. On the web the video then shows "Fraud review" and "Review required"; in the mobile app, "Under review" and "Awaiting review".
It isn't an accusation
We also send a video to review when:
- the platform hasn't given us enough data yet to judge the views automatically;
- the views jumped up in one big step;
- the automatic check has no clear result.
The review only pauses automatic approval until a person looks at the video. You don't need to do anything.
What happens next
- A video in review is never approved on its own. The review has no fixed deadline, because a person decides.
- The brand can approve or reject the video right away.
- The Tiklify team can release the video from review. It then goes through normal approval: if the brand doesn't decide within 3 days, the video is approved automatically.
- If the video ends up rejected, you can appeal within 7 days.
