Video cannot be submitted

We verify every submitted video. If it fails, you see "Video could not be accepted." and get an email with the reason. Most often the video:

• was posted on another account than the chosen one;
• was submitted too late after publishing;
• lacks the required hashtag or mention;
• was already submitted, or you already have one on this campaign platform;
• arrived after the campaign stopped accepting videos;
• is, on TikTok, under 3 seconds or over 5,000 views.
